Please provide 24 hours notice when canceling a session. Doing so communicates respect for Jaclynn’s and other patients’ time. The full rate will be charged if this time window is not given or if you are 15 minutes or later to a session.

Of course, in the event of extenuating circumstances, the fee may be waived.
